3DS Server Timeout and URL Configuration

The 3DS Server provides an Admin Web application which allows configuration across instances of 3-D Secure entities.

The Timeout and URL tab allows configuration of URLs for communication between the DS, 3DS Server and organization as well as the 3DS Server Timeouts for different message types.

• 3DS Server URL Configurations
  • Notification URL - Fully qualified URL of the system that receives the final CRes message or Error message. The final CRes message is posted by the ACS and contains information of the result of the Challenge flow.
  • Results Response Notification URL - The URL to which the Result Response will be sent from the Server. Happens during a challenge. The URL for the Results Response can be sent within the payload, if this feature is enabled for your organization. This way, multiple endpoints can be used. Please reach out to your Netcetera representative to learn more about this option.
  • Three DS Requestor URL - Fully qualified URL of the 3DS Requestor website or customer care site. Provides additional information to the receiving 3D Secure system if a problem arises and should provide a contact information.
  • Three DS Method Notification URL - The URL that will receive the notification of the 3DS Method completion from the ACS. This is sent in the initial request to the ACS from the 3DS Requestor executing the 3DS Method.

In case of any not configured 3DS Server timeout via the UI, the Admin application will internally resolve default values.
