Version 2.7.1.0 is a minor release of the Netcetera 3DS Server.

Netcetera 3DS Server is enabled to support the Visa DAF program. To find out more about these changes visit the section related to Visa DAF program in the Frequently asked questions.
Logic for enabling transaction processing from local (domestic) schemes is implemented. You can offer transaction processing through your national (domestic) scheme. Domestic scheme processing requires adaptation to specific validation rules and testing (certification) process. We are already in certification process with some of them. Domestic scheme support is available on demand. Please reach out to us for more information.

Adapted JCB specific ARes validation rule whether eci is required field. The field is required only if transStatus is 'Y', 'U' or 'A'.
