Announcement of the new ticketing system for online support – Service Portal

We’re pleased to announce our new ticketing system – the Service Portal.
To access the Service Portal, please visit the following URL:
Log in with your Netcetera extranet account – the same one you’re using for Jira Service Desk.

Please note that from 29.10.2020 until 12.11.2020, both ticketing systems – Jira Service Desk and the Service Portal – will be available. Please use this 2-week transition period to open new tickets in the Service Portal. After 12.11.2020, you will no longer be able to open new tickets in Jira Service Desk.
Tickets already opened in Jira Service Desk will remain open there until their final resolution.
