New Features

Incorporated separate licensing for NDM simulator.
Enabled configuration of cardholder account numbers per organization (multi-tenant setup). This allows for the same credit card number to be configured with different scenarios for different organizations. For more information please check the configuration documentation for 2.x, 1.0 and UPOP protocol.
